Student Responsibilities
Students need to be able to have basic computer skills, including but not limited to having experience with word processing, using email, attaching and sending documents, and using the internet. Students enrolling in this course must have access to a computer and the internet. In the event that a student has computer or internet access problems that develop in the duration of the course, it will be the students responsibility to find an alternate computer or internet access in order to complete the coursework within the original timeline.
This is a 120 hour course which is conducted over a 16 week period. The initial 3 consecutive day face to face seminar is required attendance, and students must be present for the entire duration of each day and for all three days.
With the eLearning (online) portion, weekly time commitments will vary based on the individual and the assignment. While the structure of the course is self paced, we feel that it is reasonable to require that all students have all assignments completed by the timeline listed under "course dates" in order to successfully complete this certification course.
