In todays uncertain job market, it is well known that people have multiple and diverse career paths throughout their lifetimes. Successful career transitions are helped by the presence of a professional who is trained in the career field and can provide guidance and reassurance in this rapidly changing world.
This CDF eLearning course provides individuals with a skill set to help any person who is facing employment or career decisions, and also the ability to make a significant contribution to any organization that has an impact jobs and careers.
Our class is taught by Rob Seemann, MSW, CDFI who is the Chairperson of the NCDA CDF Advisory Council. He is a highly qualified NCDA approved eLearning instructor.
We provide a course that meets face to face for 3 full consecutive days of instruction, followed by 16 weeks of online teaching. Our class size is small, ranging between 8 and 20 students. The online portion is called "eLearning" and utilizes a DVD and text provided with the course. Students submit assignments and interact with the instructor via email.
Our learning format allows for self paced, individualized learning, and the eLearning portion allows you to learn at your own computer and on your own schedule within the 16 week time allotment.
